Pastors and their families are invited to retreat with other WVCSB pastors and families this summer, July 20–23, 2026, at Cacapon Resort.

A $49 per individual family member registration fee* includes three nights of lodging, breakfast and dinner each day, books and resources, and a few other fun surprises. Most costs are heavily underwritten through Cooperative Program and Ola Cox State Missions Offering gifts. *Scholarships are available; email Danny at danny@wvcsb.org.

Each day will bring hope to the trenches of ministry through family adventures, space for rest, time alone with God, worship, encouraging teaching, and food and fellowship. Childcare and age-level programming will be provided, too.

Featured Guests

We’re excited to welcome Tate and Wendy Cockrell, along with Carl and Heather Cartee, for a week of encouragement, worship, and connection. Tate serves at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and brings deep experience in counseling, marriage, and family ministry, while Carl and Heather will lead worship, with Heather also leading the women’s breakouts. Together, they’ll serve our pastors and families with a shared heart to strengthen marriages and help us follow Jesus faithfully in every season.
